Network Files: Tales of the Cog

A new fantasy audiodrama podcast from Skadi's Symphony

Network Files: Tales of the Cog

Skadi’s Symphony, the collective of artists that brought you our first release, Ms. Shipton’s Travelling Tea Shop, are back with a brand new audiodrama freely available over the podcast airwaves. It’s called Tales of the Cog, and it’s a fantasy series about a realm called Zahndomhan, formed of two cogs shifting in perfect synchronicity. You can listen to the trailer (and watch a visual companion) over on YouTube:

Episode one is out now and features some familiar voices to Ms. Shipton fans—Karim Konfli, the Priest, is here as Brawmer Soldig, a Dwarven storyteller, as well as Skadi’s Symphony member Jude Hodgson Hann, who we last heard as a very grumpy cat. The other two members of Skadi’s Symphony, Jack Fitzpatrick and Oliver Morris, are also here as voice talent. Rounding out the cast for episode one are Robyn Holdaway, Alisha Ward, Beth Eyre, Sarah Golding, and David Ault.

Tales of the Cog is written by Jack Fitzpatrick, with Oliver Morris producing and Jude Hodgson Hann providing sound design, and will have six episodes this season, each releasing on the 12th of the month. You can find it on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Pocket Casts, or wherever you listen to your podcasts, and follow the show on Instagram.

If you haven’t already picked up your copy of Ms. Shipton’s Travelling Tea Shop, now’s a great time to head over to Bandcamp and check it out along with our new release, Salt Bloom.
